Good to know

• Your room or apartment booking is geared, where possible, to an early check-in from approx. 12.00 or a regular check-in from 15.00.
• Should you plan to arrive later than 19.00, please advise us accordingly. 
• At your departure we ask you to vacate the apartments and rooms no later than 11:00 am, so that your next tenants can also move into the room already at noon.
• Late check out possible on request and extra charge.

Our après ski umbrella bar is open daily in winter from 9.00 to 18.00.

In order to avoid unnecessary stress for all concerned, especially on days when departure numbers are heavy, guests are recommended to settle their final bill at reception the evening beforehand, preferably at about 17.00.

If you would like to order fresh bread rolls to be delivered to your apartment each morning, a bread roll order form can be found in the information file in your room. Just mark your options for the whole holiday and hand it in at the buffet or reception.

For those guests staying in our holiday apartments we are happy to offer half board arrangements for € 42.- or breakfast for € 20.- per person and day; half board for small children costs € 30.-

Dogs are welcome. Cost per day excluding food: € 15.- 

Child reductions apply when accompanied by 2 full-paying guests.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. 

A supplementary charge per person and night will apply to short breaks of 4 nights or less and weekends, as well as for the New Year and Carnival periods.

We would ask all guests to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms. Ash trays are provided on the balconies.

Board games are located in the games chest and may be used free of charge.

Nordic walking poles are available for hire.

In winter a ski room equipped with heated boot driers is provided.

In case of cancellation the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply

• Cancellation up to 3 months before travel date free of charge
• 1 month before travel date 40%
• 1 week before travel date 70%
• Anything less than 1 week will be charged 90% of the arrangement price

For your and our safety, should something come up, it is possible to make inexpensive travel cancellations at www.europaische.at.

Your reservation is considered fixed with a credit card number.

A supplementary price is charged for the Christmas and New Year festive meals.

Use of the sauna complex is included in the hotel price for overnight accommodation. Our sauna complex (in the basement, please press -1 when using the lift) is open daily from 14.30 – 18.30. Bath robes for use throughout your stay may be obtained from reception at a charge of € 5.- per stay. Please leave these in your room on departure! Towels are available in the wellness complex and can be deposited in the appropriate laundry basket after use.

New wellness area from December 2022!

Our exclusive wellness area offers everything your body and mind need to regenerate! Warming saunas, bio sauna steam bath, infrared with Kneipp basin, shower experience route, salt stone sauna, lots of rest and relaxation areas and water beds on 2 levels where you can relax with a good cup of tea.

On the 2nd floor there is an indoor pool with massage couch and jets, counter-current system, splash shower and textile sauna, relaxation rooms and massage room.

Should you suddenly run out of toilet paper, please let the chamber maid or reception know.
